ABOUT T!LT

WHY!

For 2024, our action plan will implement the artistic program with activities dedicated to artists and young professionals within the European live music industry that will include professional training, networking, discussion and roundtable actions of work to provide strategies, methodologies and opportunities for live music venues to anticipate and plan the future in the field of artist’s circulation, put concrete actions and ecological solutions into practice and stimulate good practices and effective measures for audience development.

WHERE!

sPAZIO211, a live music venue and cultural hub – leader of the project, located in the first periphery of one of the most important cities in Italy, will bring together hundreds of artists and musicians from around the world. sPAZIO211 is one of the most active and innovative live music venues on the Italian and European scene located in the city of Turin – a strategic hub at a geographical and cultural level.

T!LT comes to life in sPAZIO211, a place of culture and social activism, in which anyone can find participation and hospitality – pursuing a coherent and constant resistant action of relocation of human, cultural, artistic, experimental approaches. A space fueled by the reckless desire to grow and take root despite all adversities and congenital anomalies, in a socially and aesthetically complex suburb.

WHAT!

T!LT wants to make a step forward and enrich its action plan with the goal to respond to a widespread and necessary need now recognized by professionals and artists in the live music sector: developing and facilitating the circulation of artists and live performances within the European region; implementing concrete and systematic actions that can be scalable, innovative and experimental with a long-term vision embraced by the partners whom will choose to join the network.

HOW!

During 2024, we will focus on nurturing relationships and opportunities to artists and professionals to access the markets of the so-called alternative music (not mainstream, not classical, not commercial) within Italy, Spain, and Portugal thanks to our partners in the project: JAZZ AO CENTRO CLUBE, COIMBRA (PT) and LA PARCERIA, MADRID (SP).

Actions will be categorized under the following labels: T!LT ON STAGE – live music concerts and showcases T!LT ONLINE TRAINING – on line meeting sessions, panels of discussion. The project covers travel, food and lodging expenses for all selected participants.  T!LT IN-PERSON TRAINING – roundtable of discussion, workshops, in-person meetings, experience on the field with free sessions, open to artists and professionals and guided by experts and influencers of the Live Music Industry to provide high value training about professional networking opportunities, insights on the market of the alternative music, theoric sessions about specific topics that will prepare artists and other music professionals to access international circuits and markets. The project covers travel, food and lodging expenses for all selected participants.
